Jessenia Santelises joins Norinsberg Law as a Lead Intake Specialist. With almost a decade of experience in the legal field, Jessenia has extensive experience in all handling all types of civil litigation matters, including automobile accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. With the knowledge and experience she has gained over the years, Jessenia is capable of managing all cases from the initial intake all the way through final settlements.

Beyond her professional capabilities, Jessenia is distinguished by her compassionate nature and dedication to helping others. She approaches each client interaction with genuine empathy, ensuring that clients feel heard and understood during what can be a very challenging experience. Jessenia’s exceptional customer service skills enable her to not only meet but exceed her clients’ expectations, fostering trust and confidence in the legal process. Furthermore, Jessenia’s fluency in Spanish allows her to effectively assist and communicate with the Hispanic community, bridging language barriers and providing invaluable support to a broader range of clients.
